Project vision

The images gather external views of a residential land development and its urbanized areas. The perspective moves from broad aerial shots to near-vertical framings of the block layout.

Visual language

The urban design is organized as a regular grid of grassy lots, cut by wide avenues with crosswalks and tree-lined sidewalks. Surrounding woodland defines the perimeter of the site.

Materials and atmosphere

Green lawns, paved roads and naturalized ponds with aquatic vegetation make up the scenes. Bright daylight reinforces the reading of the green areas and the road system.

Visualization approach

The set combines high aerial views with near-plan framings to communicate the scale and layout of the launch, making the street grid easy to grasp.
