How Much Does 3D Rendering Cost
There is no price list — there is scope. This page shows what shapes the cost of a 3D render and what to send to get a fixed proposal.
The right question is not "how much does a render cost", but "how much does my render cost". Two images of the same development can be quoted very differently depending on the number of scenes, the complexity of the model, the level of detail and the deadline. That is why GRON does not publish a price list: we publish the criteria.

Number of images
Each camera is a deliverable. Packages spread the modeling cost across scenes.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do you have a price list?
No. The price depends on the number of images, scene complexity, level of detail and deadline — publishing a table would be misleading, because every project has a different scope. After the briefing we send a detailed, fixed quote.
Can the price change during the project?
No. The quote is fixed, with no variable charges during production. Structural changes requested after approval — a new camera, a change in geometry or layout — are quoted separately and always agreed beforehand.
How many revisions are included?
Each image includes two rounds of revision at no additional cost. Adjustments to color, lighting and object placement fit within that window. Structural changes may require a new quote.
Is it cheaper to order several images at once?
Proportionally, yes. Much of the work is modeling the scene, done once and reused by every camera in that project — so a package usually has a lower cost per image than one-off pieces.
What do I need to send to get a quote?
Ideally a 3D file (Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max) or a full 2D set — plans, sections and elevations in DWG or PDF. We also accept sketches and visual references. The clearer the initial information, the faster and more accurate the quote.
How long does the quote take?
We reply to quote requests within one business day of receiving the project material.
And the delivery time?
A single image is ready in 5 to 10 days from briefing approval. Packages with multiple images or video have proportional schedules. Rush projects can be accelerated on request.
