Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a 360° virtual tour and 3D animation?

In a tour, the client navigates on their own and chooses where to look in each scene. In an animation, the camera follows a route with a script, music and editing, the same for everyone. The tour is for exploring the spaces at their own pace; animation tells the story of the launch. Animation is a separate GRON 3D service, with its own page.

How does the client access the tour?

Through a link that opens in the browser on any device — and in a VR headset at the sales stand.

Do they need to install anything?

No. The tour runs in the browser; VR headsets are optional, for an immersive experience at the stand.

Can the tour have information points?

Yes — hotspots with plans, details or text inside the scenes (optional).

How does pricing work?

It depends on the number of spaces/scenes and features, defined in the briefing. We send a fixed proposal — we reply within one business day.

Do you work outside Brazil?

Yes — Brazil and abroad, fully remote.
