The set moves through the backyard of a house, from a pool framed by decking to a garden with a pond and small waterfall. A sculptural concrete pergola connects the built volumes to the open lawn.

Visual language

Strips of beds with burgundy and red foliage border the lawn and the pool, reinforcing the project's straight axes. Isolated palm trees punctuate the skyline against the white wall.

Indoor–outdoor relationship

A small pond with rocks and a waterfall appears from more than one angle of the garden, suggesting a contemplative route between the pool and the denser vegetation at the edges of the property.
