Luxo Próprio Commercial Facade

Project vision

The set presents the street facade of a two-story commercial building that houses two shops. On the ground floor, the Luxo Próprio beauty salon and the London cosmetics store sit beneath a set-back upper floor.

Visual language

The composition balances a light striped awning over the lit shopfronts against the blush upper wall. The symmetry of the two stores and the 1158 address number organize the frontal reading of the facade.

Materials and atmosphere

Glass, exposed brick with grazing light and potted topiaries define the building's base. The warm glow of the shopfronts contrasts with the late-afternoon sky, creating a welcoming atmosphere at street level.

Visualization approach

The image is framed head-on from the street to show both stores and the upper volume in a single reading. The dusk lighting treatment highlights the shopfronts and the street-level retail.
