Project vision

The set follows a contemporary two-storey home, from the facade and covered carport to the entry landscaping, taking in the bedrooms and the pool area at the rear. The reading runs from the public front to the private interior.

Visual language

Clean volumes in neutral tones define the architecture, set against slender palms, cycads and bluish agaves in the front beds. Indoors, saturated colours — teal and yellow — enliven the bedrooms.

Indoor–outdoor relationship

Large panes of glass bring the bedrooms close to small internal gardens: bamboo, young trees and a vertical garden appear framed by the windows, drawing greenery into the rooms.

Materials and atmosphere

Wood, mosaic tile and tropical foliage shape the pool area, with a deck, loungers and a covered gourmet space. Textured walls and tiered herb planters round out the outdoor corners.
