Cremilda Country Estate

Project vision

The set presents the landscaping of a country estate: a tile-roofed house set at the centre of a broad lawned and tree-filled site. The images move from the dirt access drive to the entry gardens and to aerial views of the whole plot.

Visual language

The sequence alternates ground level and overhead views. From the ground, the earthen drive is punctuated by potted palms and cycads; from above, the open lawn contrasts with the dense woodland closing off one side.

Materials and atmosphere

Planting leads the reading: continuous lawn, wide-canopy trees, palms, bromeliads and masses of flowering shrubs along the wall. The white clay-tiled house with wooden shutters anchors the scene with a calm, rural feel.

Visualization approach

The images pair eye-level framing with aerial perspectives and a top-down plan, helping to convey the siting of the house and the layout of the green areas across the plot.
