Project vision

The set presents a single-story residence with a tropical garden, pool and outdoor living area integrated with the landscape. Palm trees, dense foliage and a continuous lawn frame the gathering spaces.

Materials and atmosphere

A carport with a wood-slat roof and ribbed concrete flooring shelters the vehicle beside the outer wall. In the gourmet area, a dark granite counter, exposed brick and a masonry pizza oven form a covered barbecue space.

Indoor–outdoor relationship

The pool and lawn sit right against the house facade, with a covered structure linking the interior to the garden. Beds of green and purple foliage and tall palm trees reinforce the project's tropical character.
