Project vision

The set presents a two-story residence in exposed concrete, with a natural wood garage door on the ground floor and an open rooftop terrace for outdoor living. The images move through the front facade and the terrace with the pool.

Indoor–outdoor relationship

A retractable pergola partially covers the terrace, above an infinity-edge pool with a floating buoy and lounge chairs lined up along the water. Dark glass doors separate the covered area from the rest of the terrace.

Materials and atmosphere

The covered outdoor living area gathers dining tables and sofas under a concrete slab supported by exposed structural columns, with tropical plants placed throughout the spaces. Late-afternoon light reinforces the composition's grey, green and wood tones.
